Barbara toured some areas damaged in the recent Denver area floods. 21 inches of rain fell in Boulder, nearly double the annual average rainfall. It is obvious that this flood will leave lasting changes on the landscape. This photo is from the only road that remains open between Estes Park and Boulder.
