400 Park Avenue South is a 41-story residential development located on the corner of Park Avenue and 28th Street. The building was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc, Handel Architects, and DeSimone Consulting Engineers; and W designed the open air courtyard and the sky lounge. There will be a 30 minute tour of it on Saturday, October 15 from 2 – 2:30 pm as part of Open House New York, which celebrates the best examples of design and planning throughout the five boroughs for one weekend a year.
