The community center in Tampa's Julian B. Lane riverfront park is under construction! It should be complete in December of this year. We are looking forward to watching the evolution of the community center and 23 acre park that we designed with Civitas. The city of Tampa invested $35 million in the renovation of the park, and is poised to be part of the the city's blossoming downtown. The park will be a catalyst for new growth – we can't wait to see it all happen!
