We are excited to share that the St. Pete Pier has been named as a finalist in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Americas Awards for Excellence program! The ULI Awards for Excellence program recognizes superior development efforts in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. 21 impressive projects were named as finalists. The full list of finalists can be seen here. Winners will be announced in July 2022.

The St. Pete Pier is a unique public entity, comprising 26 acres of St. Petersburg, Florida’s downtown waterfront. W designed the Pier approach. Despite opening during the pandemic, the Pier has far exceeded any attendance projections, with over 2.5 million visitors annually.
