BFC Partners, CB Emmanuel, and the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) are breaking ground on this transformative renovation project at the West Brighton Houses. W has been working on the site improvement plan and landscape design alongside OCV Architects and West Brighton PACT Partners. In addition to building renovations, the project will provide a new and improved landscape and more sustainable and resilient infrastructure.
