On April 13th, we accepted a NY ASLA Honor Award for The Riverline! Ana Krejcarek from the High Line Network (representing our client, the Western NY Land Conservancy), Barbara Wilks, Steven Handel from Green Shield Ecology, and Qi An attended the ceremony and accepted the award. Walter Hood of Hood Design Studio was not in attendance but was a key collaborator.
The Riverline proposes the transformation of the abandoned site of the former DL&W rail corridor into a verdant refuge and opens a successional landscape up to the public.
We are honored to have been recognized and congratulate all the winners! A list of all the winners is published here.
